Luminous Holistic Medicine (LHM), founded by Debby Lai in 2017, is dedicated to guiding individuals on their journey of healing, both physically and emotionally.
Through personalized one-on-one consultations, available in person or online, LHM utilizes a variety of naturopathic tools, including Muscle Energy Information Testing (MEIT), Functional Medicine, Aromatherapy, PSYCH-K®, Emotional Freedom Technique, and Bioresonance, among others.
With a strong belief that all diseases stem from within, the mission is to empower individuals to look inward, embrace self-healing, and discover their path to becoming healthier in mind, body, and spirit.
In addition to healing services, LHM offers educational opportunities in aromatherapy, muscle testing, and frequency healing, helping others expand their knowledge and deepen their practice.

Debby combines the transformative power of functional medicine, essential oils, Psych-K®, EFT, bioresonance, and the innovative Muscle Energy Information Technique (MEIT) to guide and educate individuals on their path to self-healing.

Driven by her passion, Debby founded the School for Aromatherapy and Naturopathic Education (SANE) in Hong Kong in 2021. Through this initiative, she empowers individuals with the transformative potential of aromatherapy and naturopathic medicine, providing effective tools to help them achieve optimal health and wellness.

Most recently, Debby has integrated Psych-K® and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) into her consultations, helping individuals shift limiting beliefs and self-sabotaging patterns into positive, self-empowering motivations.
